Advanced Imaging Workshop

The aim of the workshop is to familiarize scientists (internal and external) with the following advanced imaging systems and the underlying technical background of these technologies. After a series of seminars (on Monday afternoon), researchers can try-out all on the technologies with an own sample: LightSheet 7, Lattice LightSheet, Lattice SIM (ELYRA7/SIM 3), Lightfield 4D, and image data analysis using Arivis. All hands-on session are provided with assistance of application experts and product developers, making this a unique opportunity and course format. Goals: - Key differences between the individual systems and technologies - Guidance on selecting the most suitable system for specific sample types to achieve optimal results - Proposal for a decision-support questionnaire (“Which system should I use?”) - Tips and best practices for sample preparation - Strategies for efficient and effective data analysis (parallel to the imaging slots)
